The Bougain-Villa is a unique complex of just 4 units comprised of over 6000 square feet. A 4 bedroom 4 bathroom beach house, a 2 bedroom 2½ bathroom beach house, The Pent House, and The Cabana. Never crowded, You can rent one or the entire estate for absolute privacy. The villa comes with a private pool, Tiki bar and bar-b-q area over looking the world famous Daytona Beach. In the heart of our tropical court yard there is a second Tiki bar and bar-b-q surrounded by lush Banana trees and Bougainvillea flowers. The beach houses include private laundry Facilities. The Pent House and Cabana share a third common laundry facility. No housekeepers to bother you!!!!!!!
